The on/off lever is lowered blocking the entry. Make sure the on/off lever is raised into the off position to allow proper clearance for the pitcher. THE COFFEE DOES NOT DISPENSE FROM THE CHAMBER. The selector switch is lowered to the heat/froth option. Lift the selector switch for latte function.
