I also have this coffee maker and it has worked relatively well for the last 5 years. I have had issues with the coffee brewing over the top of the carafe for some reason and now the hot water side turns on randomly without having water in it. Yesterday the coffee side was on as well. We are to the point we unplug it until we are ready to use it.
